Sage & Soul Massage

Inspired by its name, the Root & Ember Massage honors the mother as the grounding root and the little one as the glowing ember carried within, offering both physical relief and emotional support during the sacred transformation of pregnancy. 

Performed entirely in a comfortable side-lying position, this massage blends soothing techniques and deeper work as needed to ease tension and support the changing body. Gentle enhancements such as warm stones, or plant-based, CBD-infused oil may be added if desired, based on comfort, needs, and personal preference.

A 90-minute session is highly recommended to allow time for full-body work, gentle repositioning, and the slower pace that supports comfort during pregnancy.

This session is ideal for expectant mothers wanting to ease tension, feel supported, and nurture the connection with the little one growing within.
